Digital Photography and Imaging - Exercise Week 4

 Week 4

This week on our lecture, first we previewed what we did last time because this week's topic is connected to last week's topic. Last week we learned the basics of pen tool, lasso tool and how to okay with layering. Whereby we created digital compositions with the use of those tools. This week we covered, adjustment layer and filters. Adjustment layers are image editing tools that won't change the pixel values of your image. It adds color and tonal effect. With adjustment layer you can dabble with brightness/contrast, levels, curve, exposure selective color and so on. Then there are filters, that can help you create a completely new image effect.

Feedback
The feedback was to select the white parts on the typewriter and take that part out using the magic wand tool. Mr. Fauzi told me that he sees progress in my work and that I did the exercise well.

Final Composition
After Mr. Fauzi's feedback, I made some final corrections to the composition.

Reflection
This weeks digital composition was a part of last weeks exercise. I think It wasn't too difficult for me to get the idea of what I wanted to do, because of how it was explained during the practical. Seeing that how Mr. Fauzi changed one really simple composition to something completely different.
